Refund policy

We hope you love your gem&i order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns under the following conditions.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unworn and unused
• Items must be returned in their original shoe box
• The shoe box must be placed inside a protective outer bag or box — please do not attach labels directly to the shoe box
• Items must be safely and securely packed for return

Return Postage Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
